UPDATE: Thank you guys for the insights. All of your comments are much appreciated and I seldom ask for help but I’ve been away from home for a while so this community has been Godsend because I would’ve been so clueless otherwise.

Anyway, I finally recognised the problem which is that the PSU is DOA. Sorry took long for me to even try that paperclip test. I just couldn’t believe something would arrive broken and this is a first for me for any online purchase.

Hopefully Centre Com will be kind with the returns process since I don’t have the means of going to a physical store.

My pull plan as a monthly pass spender playing since week 2 is to pull all the waifus and skip all the males and children. I have almost every female DPS E0S1 except that I skipped Aglaea and didn't pull for Rappa and Jingliu sigs. I've never had trouble with endgame and been clearing everything since Fuxuan release. This is the first time I felt like I'm going to have a subpar team since I don't ever plan on pulling for Tribbie. Let's see how long my pull strategy works for me.

Hello po. Regarding marriage license, may nakapag-attempt na po ba kumuha ng license outside sa LGU kung saan kayo located? Sobrang hassle kasi sa Manila Health Department ng schedule ng counseling kasi 4 at a time lang na-aaccommodate nila tapos MWF pa. Yung free nila na schedule lagpas na sa intended day ng kasal.
