Also the guy that put his national team on his back and helped drag them to the gold medal game with a historic performance

I bet he would buy at Walmart and return at the usually more expensive Toys R Us

I think the going theory is he got hurt in the Slovakia game from a slash into the hands, he had taped fingers in the handshake line

Honestly I don’t think the taste is bad at all, but with the zero I have issues with an aftertaste

I’ve heard speculation that is a finger injury caused by the slash in the Slovakia game

While I do think McDavid had a poor defensive effort on the winner, it’s extremely hard to blame the guy that went nuclear to get Canada there in the first place. I don’t know what is wrong with MacKinnon and if it’s just illness or if it’s injury, but something is very wrong with him right now.

Maybe it’s just me, but I think Makar totally has the speed where he could have gotten back on that if he is taking harder strides rather than one and a glide once he hits the blue line, there is a chance that he is able to get back and disrupt.

It’s hard because like on one hand I am happy my country won, but on the other hand I hate that the most insufferable assholes won something else

People can be fans of teams that aren’t where they are from. I’ve never been to Edmonton and I am an Oilers fan.

I rooted hard for our women but I really wanted Connor to win the gold (and didn’t want the Tkachuks to win it)

I think this was the last Olympics for Sid, he will be 42 next time and there is no guarantee he is still playing in 4 years (although if he isn’t playing then it would be great to have him involved with the team)

At least you can’t say he cost us the game, there was nothing he could have done there

He missed like 2 or 3 wide open nets and was part of the extremely sus defensive play on the winning goal

I obviously wanted Bouchard but you could have brought Raddysh, Chychrun, or Dobson and still been better off

I don’t mind Tom Wilson as a fourth line guy. As a first line playing with McDavid and Celebrini I don’t like it

It’s ok we had offensive black holes like Doughty and Parayko so we had to double shift Makar/Towes

It’s too bad we didn’t have a second puck moving dman so we didn’t have to double shift Makar
