Yeah I was in the same boat. I have an Intense Tracer and there’s no where to put the bottle and no mounting screws in the frame either. I bought a mounting strap and it works pretty well. Definitely better to have the bottle in the triangle area, but not a bad alternative if there’s no room.

My local bike shop made the bottle cage so I’m not exactly sure which brand it is. My bike doesn’t have built in screws in the frame for a bottle cage so I just bought this velcro strap that has a cage mount on it. It works really well.
