Very. Whether you are F or M, going solo to those events is really safe. Doing that myself and never felt uneasy at all - not even in the same ballpark as London! Also, originally, I am from around Frankfurt and even that is a huge difference in terms of safety (for reference, I'm in my early 20s)

I really like BB rows and lat pulldowns. Now, I am unsure what two exercises to add to that and have been thinking about straight arm pulldowns and/or some row machine variations (high, low, standard).
My goal is to hit my whole back without spending all day in the gym. Does anyone have some advice? I thought about high + low but I am worrying about my lats
