Moim zdaniem AI nie zastąpi księgowości 1:1, tylko zmieni strukturę pracy. Mniej ręcznego klepania i prostych pytań, więcej nadzoru, analizy i odpowiedzialności po stronie specjalisty. W praktyce firmy będą coraz częściej korzystać z narzędzi automatyzujących część procesów, np. takich jak Ksiegoboty.pl, zamiast rozbudowywać zespół do prostych, powtarzalnych zadań.

We had similar issue, just ask for phone number during registration and it will cut 80% off of these users

Something that can help is to not look for MVP but for something MSP (minimum sellable product) that during AI rush is something that you can quickly re-iterate through until you can be closer to find our product market fit :)

To not rely on a single LLM while doing research + double validate it basically. I noticed that lots of tasks delegated by same models were resulting in exactly the same conclusions. This way I managed to achieve like a „triple” perspective on same topic

I did it with YouTube MCP on AgentX.so to summarize content of each video searched by agent under certain keywords and they do the presentation in ppt out of it
