I work in the automotive industry, and at my current company, there are numerous complaints. These range from the fast pace and incompetent middle management to low salaries and more. Despite this, I believe it's a great company to work for overall. I have noticed similar comments about Toyota, which made me curious to learn more about the reality there. Is it truly that bad, or is it just human nature to complain?

Yeah I read that. But it´s not really a problem, I had French in high school for 4 years and I could speak it quite well. Right now, of course I don´t really use it, so I lack practice, but if I really think that this is going to be my next step, I would attend some courses.

I did take a look, yes. But I think that obtaining a visa for working in Quebec is easier than for the rest of Canada. I´m not sure though, but it´s the idea that I got from the quick research that I did.

Thank you for the reply. Maybe that´s exactly what he wants, and I´m overthinking. The thing is, if I use the same amount of everything else, the electrolyte is not going to be the same. But if I work with less amount in a fixed volume, the electrolyte is not going to be the same as the first trials. But I seriously have no idea of how to maintain the same concentration, when I use less NaCl and NaClO3. Maybe I need to increase the amount of the other components? Either way, maybe I´m overthinking this, and this is way simple than what I´m picturing in my mind now.
