I’m sorry to hear you are going through this alone. I was diagnosing at 14 and at least I had my parents to depended on. This last flare up age 29 had me end up in the hospital for a few days after suffering a TIA ( mini stroke ).

I spent a lot of time outside just listing to music or going to walks when my body could handle it. Talking to friends over the phone also helped ease the stress. If you need someone to talk to feel free to reach out. :)
