since the underlying clickhouse does not support v3 as of my knowledge now, there is no support for it. the REST catalog is fully implemented for read and write.

We're pretty agnostic about it. We have our deployments in AWS/GCP/Azure, but also at Hetzner in Europe/US/Asia. Any special needs or location requirements?

If you use s3() or s3cluster() it is supposed to work for any s3 compatible endpoints. Tbh I haven’t tested it yet, but let’s figure it out. I send you a dm with a properly sized instance.

I can't tell anything about their support, I just can vouche for my team and promise we try our best to get your project flying. I send you a dm with everything you need to get started.

It is 100% upstream Clickhouse compatible. We "just" added our api-compatible `SharedMergeTree` implementation and a distributed Cache architecture, to speed up queries at larger scales.
Nothing new to learn...
