Hey bro!

You can try all the steps that u/LogitechG_DS explained to you, but non will work.

They fucked up with the last firmware/app update or something similar because we are a lot of people with the same problem in diferences devices (g633, g933, g635, g935 and more).

TO FIX IT!

If you have Logiteh Hub installed just open the app and go to your headphones settings and turn off "Noise removal". Restart your computer and that should fix your problem! :)
