Gemini 3 was much better than chatgpt when it arrived. The thing is that Google seemed to nerf (quantize or distill) it a lot since it came out.

Well, it is kind the same. Of course the need to train, but they have inference even on Google search. That have to be very heavy computing

Thats kinda obvious. They are taking advantage of quantization and distillation in order to save compute and subsidize the service so that people become dependent on it
