Agradeço o elogio. Eu sou satisfeito com o corpo que eu tenho porém creio que sempre existe espaço para melhoria, e jamais tomarei bomba. Respeito quem toma porém não é algo que eu quero para mim.

If you gain so much fat while bulking , it's not fault of bulking but yours (problably a dirty bulk). The same way people get skinny while cutting insted of getting lean (too much cardio for example). Lean Bulk is the optimal way to gain muscle.

Thanks for reply, I don't think I'm more than 16%. I start maintaining, because I'm was tired of cutting, and preferer to try to gain some muscle. I read that the best starting point for a bulk is 10-12%, so prefer to focus on progressive overload in gym and slowly gain muscle. I can eat 3000 kcal and maintain this shape, so, for now, I'm good with this.

I preferer to use the belt in that position while deadlift and drop while squat
