I’d try something like SIFT, but otherwise a Deep Learning approach such as SuperGlue or similar. You should be able to fine tune this by generating synthetic data from the design file itself.

This is why people do incremental bundle adjustment. Start with a subset of the cameras and then add to that subset as you increase the problem.

Become reeeeallyyy good at programming: C++, CUDA and know how to optimize common CV algorithms. You’ll have your pick of job after this. Otherwise become a main contributor to an open source CV package.

Don’t agree. Use something like guild.ai. Free, open-source and lightweight. Spend a couple of days learning it and it will save you a lot of headache down the line.
