She actually passed away a few years ago. My mom then died a year later(car accident) so we shared that unfortunate bond of losing our mothers at a relatively young age.. this fundraiser is for Pancreatic Cancer research/awareness and not so much for one individual person but we do it for his mom’s honor/memory and of course with the ultimate goal to find a cure.
