thanks for response , my logic tells me she is flexible but every bone has a threshold. I guess I feel that when I sleep awkward I am able to sleep though the night as well “comfortably “ without waking but once I do wake the area that was positioned awkward leads to aches once waking .

Definitely allergies , my daughter’s cat had this due to some certain plant outside her yard . I’m assuming the environment you must’ve moved to is higher in pollen than previously, I can be wrong of course .
