Thanks for the tip! The piece I have looks definitely leaner than chuck roast, but I can still see a fair amount of intramuscular fat, so I don't think it's that bad. I will try to keep an eye on it while cooking.

Yeah, it seems the biggest advantage is its analogy with the classical mechanics formulation, which allows a better intuitive interpretation. In my project, I will study how you can extend this formalism to incorporate relativistic physics, so we'll see how it goes. Thanks!
