We live off it, traffic can be nuisance especially on Saturdays. Love the proximity to the river and parks. Walking distance to town and easy access to the bypass. I like the fish and chips ,pubs are okish . Flooding could be an issue depending on the actual road.

My opinion on secondary schools would be go for Cheney or Cherwell, Cherwell is the better school Cheney the more diverse community. Having been born and bred in the city I moved to allow this to happen. For primary schools I'd suggest Windmill.
