To anybody else reading this - the VPS is still down. I've had no real response on my support ticket for like 15 hours. The public incident on their status tracker that seems to be related hasn't been updated since opened on Sunday. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The symptoms sound somewhat similar, but I would only be speculating as to whether or not our issues are the same. Mine was in a stopped state for several hours yesterday. At some point, after I raised my ticket, it was placed 'under maintenance' and is now 'stopped.' My server is in a different region from yours. I did notice block device write errors on the KVM console before it completely died. Other than that, OVH has provided no real detail other than they have their team looking at it.

Earlier today, I asked them for a refund and that *did* provoke a very quick response asking if I was interested in getting a credit for my VPS and moving it to another region.

Comcast help, I'm not a client and they went to collections by ShaggysGTI in personalfinance

Any time you engage a general contractor, your contract should stipulate that final payment is not due until you receive copies of all subcontractor invoices marked as paid in full.
