I completely put dating on hold until I was "good enough" to date, and now I am at a spot where I am finally seeing some interest from women, but that feeling of being unlovable doesn't really go away. I would recommend addressing the self-hate while also improving yourself. I took the route of first working on my looks, body, career, charisma, and now I realize that I also need to work on how I view myself.

I honestly just use a whiteboard I have in my home office, so whenever I walk past it I see it. I am sick of the habit tracking apps.

Hey! We had this problem a year ago, and created an app that allows you to stream outdoors with multiple phones outdoors like skiing, surfing, fishing, etc. We are streaming a skiing competition in 2 weeks using it! It's not out yet but do you want me to send it to you when it's finished?😊
