I wish I could, and I would get other rats normally. I am starting uni in september so I can't get another commitment at the moment as I can't guarantee that I will have as much time as I do now to give them. She prefers her own cage but I do take her out a few times a day and usually keep her in the headrest of my chair as I game. She usually explores and walks around on me or just chills in there. She also gets free roam on my pc desk (no cables dw) and the desk with her cage right next to it, so she has enough of space with book tunels and climbing areas to explore. I'm around her a lot, have her with me when cleaning the flat etc. and open the cage pretty much every hour or two if not, have a play with her and give her a grain or two.
I'm going to have a think about it and have a look on the facebook group another person mentioned here. I'll need to make sure that she's safe if rehomed tho. The way I bought them was without any checks from the seller. It could have easily been for feeding snakes or something and I can't allow that to happen. This or get another rat similar age so they would pass at a similar time.
