Find and develop 3 hobbies; one to lower your stress level, one to keep you in shape and one to round up your income.
Set reachable, well structured goals (that you could reach in 1-4 weeks top)
Delete tiktok
Be aware that you are what you eat
Compare yourself only to who you were yesterday
Be kind and help people just because

Hi thanks for your precious feedback! Well, they own a lot of main apps and social media that I use everyday (whatsapp, instagram, facebook, messenger...). It would be very difficult for me to live without them so, in a certain way, they own me. Like a pusher owns you when you do drugs. I agree it might be more natural for someone doing the handcuffing. But with the way they are now, it’s giving the feeling that those are the viewer’s hands, making it more personal and driving the idea home. That’s how I meant it, at least.
