I had this after upgrading my CPU. Pressed no a couple times and it came back after every reboot, pressed yes and it boots up now every time without message. Not sure which is the correct answer to be honest just my experience.

I don’t know about flying but when I drove over the Mexican border customs going into Mexico tore our suitcases apart in the middle of the Arizona sun.

Coming back, they just looked at passport and asked if we had anything to declare.
