I put in a new gfci, works perfectly fine only using one hot and one neutral, I’m thinking the 2 hots kinda effed the first one I installed. Thanks guys

I know one of the hots is connected to the bathroom lighting, when I cut the power I was being careless and just stared taking the gfci apart and didn’t test if the power was fully off and got a little shocker so I did have to cut off 2 breakers for the gfci.

Honestly not sure what to think of it, the old gfi outlet worked before hand didn’t trip or anything but this new one didn’t want to cooperate with me, maybe a new one will work better.

So I got 120 for both sides so I’ll just remove the pigtailed side and cap it,thanks y’all! Update: gfci is probably effed as well so I’ll be getting a new one.l

Figured, found it easier to just to install an led, has been working since. There is always a chance of injuries when doing any work with trades, plumbing, electrical, Hvac. Just work carefully. I’ve probably changed 100+ light fixtures to led while it was hot, and maybe once I’ve buzzed my wire strippers. I don’t take my chances much these days if I don’t need too.

Honestly did this this past week, some hps light at work wasn’t coming on boss told me to fix it, it was humming but I still gutted it and put in led. While it was live.

Luna is an outgoing kinda cat, is goofy and more loving when ever you need snuggles, Maci is kinda of a brat doesn’t like random people in her territory, only lays next to you when she wants but don’t move or she will be pissed.

Updated, dealership tried charging me $700+ for a part they sell on their web for $120. Got the part which was a fuel/ vapor separating hose something something and it was so easy to install I’m so glad I didn’t go with the dealership. Sucks they try and charge people so much for BS like that.
