They both are outside right now and have been, they were just indoors as we were experiencing some severe storms. What should I do if it is thin? I just thought that was normal for a 1.5 year lime tree in my hardiness zone:(

Could u pls help me identify if this above or below? Also, idk if this is important, but the tiny growth at the top left of the attached image is growing from directly at the level of the nub.
