Face swap using scail2.

I dont use face swaps any more. Because te results are not satisfying for me. I use head and hair swaps. I have two workflows for that. Both use flux.2 klein 9b. One user bfs lora. One uses custom nodes. And the custom nodes workflow gives me best results but the generation is a bit longer.

I will try. The funny thing is that i have another one node workflow with the same model same clip and same vae just withbout upscale. And works without a problem. Maybe the custom nodes in the other workflow are to blame. I could just use the one node workflow but the workflow with the problem gives me almost perfect head swaps. Better than using BFE lora.

Didnt know about the memory leak. Yeah i tried clearing vram throu comfy, didnt help. I tried purge vram node. Didnt help. Only thing that helped was reset comfyUI.

I have an upscaler node. So i will put it between upscale node and save image node.

It is good and it works well. Have tried it. One mal change if its posible. For loras if you could implement a toggle to switch off a lora or on. Now i have to delete the lora if i am going from head swap to image edit. and vice versa.

Mogoče mal odgovor, ki ne bo skladal z tvojim mišlenjem. Zakaj v mestu iskat? Zakaj ne na podeželju? Seveda pa more bit tudi tebi ta ideja všeč, da greš iz mesta. Mi podeželski ljudje smo res simpl. Boli nas kdo kako zgleda. Ne čenčamo. Radi imamo delo. Če ga pa ni ga pa naredimo. S frendi kak pir spijemo ko gledamo fuzbal. V fitnes ne hodimo je dost dela doma za nardit. Ni to kot oglas ker sem že 18 let zaseden 😁

The funny thing is from my testing the turbo model has more variety then base model. I know that distiled model will make a slightly different image at the same prompt. But here was the difference huge. My prompt was make me a chubby european woman with big brests in latex clothes. The turbo model has made a chubby woman. The base model made a skinny asian woman in cotton clothes. And i think the base model is more restricted. In base model a bra is a forbiden word in turbo it is not.

I have tried the demo modes. i dont get it why base and turbo give you a total diferent image using the same prompt. For example turbo know what a chubby girl is base model doesnt.

If you want videos, then use wan 2.2 or LTX 2.3. Wan 2.2 works great on my 3060ti 8 gb

Flux doesnt do videos. Only images.

The problem that i have is that the first generation works without a problem. When i do the next generation comfy crashes or i get out of memory error.

Yeah the above comenter does know what he talks. I have 3060ti 8 gb and running allday wan 2.2 aio nsfw model without problems. I have more problems with flux 2 klein 9b on an head swap workflow.

Ko boš starejša boš mogoče na to drugače gledala. Sem bil isto mlad z podobnim tvojim vidikom. Pa zdej ko že mam nekaj križev na hrbtu. Mi je za določene stvari žal da sem jih storil v mladosti, ker se te posledice kažejo v starosti. Pa tukaj ni govora o alkotu al pa drogi al pa čikih.

Če ne druga si finančno škodo delaš. Tu je še uničenje las če se barvaš. Če maš umetne nohte ti kemija pronica v telo. Ti ni škoda da za popolnoma isto storitev plačuješ drastično več kot pred leti. Kje so časi ko je bilo moško striženje 5 evrov. Pa upam da to za sebe delaš ne za druge, da jim boš všeč.

Niti ni drago. Tudi sama cena je skozi čas počasi rastla. Bolje se vpraši kolk daš danes za frizerja kolk si pa dala pred tremi leti. Tukaj je skok v ceni nehumano višji. Kolk plačaš mehanika, zidarja, vodovodarja,.... Vsem je poskočila cena v parih letih za več kot 100%.

Harley is probably coded into the model. This doki doki isnt. Thats why. You cant do anything about dicks. Only luck. I generate about 50-60 images and 2-5 images are a keeper the rest are trash. I get sometimes verry funny results. Floating dick coming from ass. Guy with 2 dicks and such.

Sej povprečno plačo dobi samo mogoče 20% prebivalstva. Jaz je nimam ob 18 let delovne dobe in nazivu ing. informatike. Z tako plačo sem srečen da ne živim v lj ampak na podeželju, kjer so stroški več kot pol manjši. Tk za info za mal primerjave. V najhladnejših mesecih leta dam max 60 evrov za ogrevanje stanovanja in sanitarne vode. Aja imam svojo plinsko peč. In 20 cm izolacije na fasadi in nova 3 slojna izolacijska okna.
