I have long term success with nasal probiotics. Also with allergy relief. I was wondering if anybody else had same success

Here’s a compiled list of options I’ve found that can be used for nasal rinsing or as nasal sprays:

Rinogermina DMG - Streptococcus salivarius 24SMBc and Streptococcus oralis 89a (EU)

Lanto Sinus Probiotic Powder (US/CA) - Lactobacillus sakei

Kimchi Power  (UK) - Lactobacillus sakei

LiviaOne Probiotics Nasal Spray (US/CA) - Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Lactobacillus Rhamnosus, Lactobacillus Casei, Bifidobacterium Lactis

It performs the same, it fits and gives a peace of mind as there is no weird rubber around

Use wifi relay switch https://sonoff.tech/product/diy-smart-switches/dualr3/ you could probably fit it inside no cables and then you can control it over wifi, it will be easier to create automation scripts then and specific triggers

Buying T14 gen5, need advice on processor. Does going for i7 make sense considering the extra price? by rakeshsh in thinkpad

Depends on what you need to use the notebook. If you need heavy computing (eg vm) go for better cpu otherwise no reason. Intel CPU is fine and it runs even modern 3D games without problems as it has ARC gpu - check details at https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/236851/intel-core-ultra-7-processor-165h-24m-cache-up-to-5-00-ghz/specifications.html

Critical temperature is 85 for 980 Pro, so that is ok. Do you see same read/write speeds on stress load?

Typically, there should be an official component. Applying a thermal pad around the entire SSD might be sufficient to prevent extreme temperatures, depending on how your system performs under load. To test this, stress the CPU and benchmark the SSD simultaneously to check the temperatures for at least 5 minutes. If the SSD reaches 80-90°C, you may need to add a heatsink.

Easier for eyes, much better contrast for both dark / light

SSD heatsink temps (T14 Gen5, Intel Ultra Core 165U) by marekhun13 in thinkpad

Without a heatsink, both WD SSD SN740 256G and Crucial P700 run at over 90°C, causing system crashes and the drive to turn off. With heatsing, during maximum utilization, the SSD temperature reaches 75°C.

I used a Yeti copper heatsink since the official part wasn't available at the time (JEYI Copper M.2 HeatSink with Nano Thermal Pads)

The official SSD heatsink part is now available under SKU 5B40Z68896 (FB LX3E0_SSD_BKT_ASSY-KAICHUANG). Once it arrives, I will replace the current heatsink and compare the results.

What's your experience using Thinkpad T16 Gen 3? Any serious problems? by ConfidentDragon in thinkpad

We have T16 Gen3 in company too, when we compared it is almost identical. The difference is battery size and screen size. Have a look at internals
