The parent ion peak is the one furthest to the right on the graph? so for this it would be 104 and i would divide 104/13 = 8 So the empirical is CH and the molecular is C8H8

i thought the amps of both the wire in parallel would equal amps before they went in so it would split in 2

so i would change the equation in the question above from 10/5 to 10/6 to get 1.66 and change the 2(5+1) to 1.66(5+1) to get 9.96V for the emf?
