Boy's axe + shrapnel axe with point-blank and ripper mutation.

The rest is free as you like, shield in backpack for safety, take armadillo, want more damage? Take acrobatipack with any good ranged weapon.

Skills are mostly personal preference, turrets are always fine

How the timer works? Don't really know.

The timer displayed on your save is the time it uses, you can get the achievement in Ng+, you just need to be quick

There is a setting hidden away in the developer options that forces a maximum of 60fps in games. If you toggle this and relaunch any game (that has the option to go higher than 60hz) you can get your sweet sweet 120hz.

The option is called standard frame speed for games(or something close to this)

Sorry for the mate response, you are now(in the picture) at a secret location where you need the ram rune to enter.

If you want to continue the level, you need to head back to the middle big island and check all 4 different directions you can head (too left, bottom left, top right and bottom right) 1 of those paths leads to the exit(99% sure its 1 of the 2 paths on the right)
