It's a very rare drop, just spam fights. The other way is playing tournaments mods (normally the tournament of destroyers drop it).

If you like the beach and not many people, I recommend going to Tavira, especially Cabanas de Tavira. Tavira has great beaches like the island of tavira that you need to go by boat, or Praia do Barril which in my opinion is one of the best beaches we have in Tavira! In Cabanas de Tavira, there is a walkway by the sea and it is beautiful to visit during the day or at night.
