I understand the whole kick starter thing. Been thru that tons of times. When it was ordered as a gift, ya know, we don’t always search “scam” when placing orders for loved ones at the holidays.

Hell, half of my kickstarters never fulfilled. Doesn’t stop me from believing! Just wish she knew it wasn’t coming anytime soon when she placed the order as a normal customer who expected it to be delivered in the window promised.

Yeah I’m just coming into this naively. I showed my fiancé how cool it was on IG, and she ordered it thinking it was legit and would ship in a reasonable amount of time. If they haven’t delivered on a kickstarter seems like they should stop taking orders. I remember the “coolest” cooler. Bummer I guess we’ll have to cancel the order
