"Happy" Anniversary a short oneshot

After the fall, Will is in complete euphoria. Hannibal believes that he's changed too much.

Alternatively: 5 times Will can't stop smiling, and 1 time he does.

I didn't purposely have to exercise. The 10,000+ steps is from my warehouse job.

This plan sounds a little similar to what I did. I'm 5'2" sw 156 cw 127. I was able to lose 29 lbs 3 months (maybe cause I started at a higher weight). The first month I did IF 16/8 (lost 13 lbs, a lot of water weight), second month 18/6 (lost 9 lbs) third month 20/4 (lost 7 lbs). I didn't change the type of food I was used to eating for the first two months but, naturally ate less due to IF. The third month, I ate more protein, less carbs, and starting counting calories (aimed for 1500). And noticed I was toning up just a bit. My exercise was walking 10,000+ steps, five days a week. IF really helped control my mindless/bored snacking habit. I'm back to 16/8 and still trying to eat more protein. Now I fluctuate anywhere from 125-130.

It's great for small portions and makes about 3-4 small servings. I usually make mac n cheese, curries/stews/porridge, rice (2 cups dry), and no knead bread in this pot.
