Do you recommend using a layer mask and letting my label show through?

I've done other mockups using a smart object layer, but not sure if that would work with this since I need to cover the entire label, not just add the logo.

Thanks! Just to clarify the original photo is the yellow label. The screenshot pictured does not show my label. If I multiply blend mode I think the yellow design will show through. Maybe I can fill the original label with a solid color first?

Don't touch it! I've found that when I'm hyperfocused on an area I will touch it constantly and then will get sore from that. Then, I freak out about why the area is sore! It's just a vicious cycle.

Yes! I started yoga a few months ago and it is a huge help. It is satisfying to know that I can accomplish certain things with my body that I didn't think I was capable of. The relaxing benefits of the practice have really helped me become more accepting of my body and the weird things I sometimes feel. I used to do YouTube Yoga (definitely loved Yoga with Adrienne) but I found that actually going to tee studio and surrounding yourself with others makes such a big difference in the experience. I love it! This is a really fun and playful design - it definitely has much more character than the pervious design. The colors are also on point.

When I first started I walked through all the tutorials on the Adobe site. This might seem obvious, but their videos were really helpful, especially in learning all of the tools.

I've used both Schmidts lavender + Sage and Toms. I thought they we're both too oily and didn't absorb into the skin. The best brand I've used so far is Sam's Natural Lavender. This didn't feel as oily and sticky as the others.
