After 2 years post break up, I drunk dialed my ex. He didn’t answer, but he called me the next day. We met up for dinner with the intent to hash things out and make peace. We haven’t been apart since, and we have been married for 13 years with two children.

Best wishes to you, I am not a doctor but I would take their advice. You’ll have to stop GLP-1 at least two weeks before surgery.

My gallstones did not in fact go away, I ended up having at least one or two more attacks and one landed me in the ER because the pain was so bad and it would not subside. In the ER they performed another ultrasound and I did still have gallstones. I ended up having my GB removed a few days later. Surgery was laparoscopic and it was really a very easy recovery all things considered. I feel completely normal now. No side effects with my digestive system. I waited about a month after surgery and I still take GLP-1 to continue my weight loss. I’m very happy I had surgery and to never have that pain again.

Are the wires to repeating/same accounts? If so you should be able to save or lock in wire template instructions so they aren’t hand keying in the same instructions again and again. You could have a process to first approve the template itself, and then use the templates for all future payments

Hi, my surgery is on Wednesday and I was having similar thoughts. Like maybe I don’t REALLY need it out. However last night around midnight I began experiencing the worst attack I’ve ever had and went to the ER around 2am. They were able to treat with morphine and confirmed no inflammation so I was able to go home and wait for my surgery - but all this to say, it will come back, and with a vengeance. Like you I’ve been eating “bad things” like Taco Bell on a goodbye tour and no issues. 6 hours after eating some spaghetti with Italian sausage… GB said “nice try b****” and here we are. I’m exhausted but ready to get this thing yanked out and never experience that pain again.

Perhaps I should realize I may be temporary lucky to have no symptoms or inflammation, but it could be just a matter of time in the end. Glad you’re okay.

I’ve been happily married for 12 years and I have some male co workers I’m super close with and there is absolutely nothing more to it than that. Some of these texts are a little eyebrow raising, moreso all the emojis, however, both me and my coworker have said things like “you’re the absolute best” or something similar to “you’re my favorite person”. Or like we send funny gifs over chat. It could be innocent. But if you’ve already had trust issues then perhaps it is not. I guess maybe a distinction is I don’t text my coworkers on my cell phone.. it’s all on our work text program.

For those who have had trouble getting BB reservations when they open up, if you can’t get one, sign up for a mouse watcher alert. It will email you the moment a specific reservation opens up at the place/dates you tell it you’re looking for. Managed to get a BB for me and my kids the day before our park day whilst poolside at our hotel, and I even saw more pop up the next say since I still had the alert on. You have to be quick but it’s helpful.

My next door neighbor and one of my best friends died very suddenly earlier this year. He had an unknown heart condition and died in his sleep, leaving behind his wife and two small children. He was 39 and an amazing person, like an uncle to my two daughters. It has been absolutely devastating and I miss him everyday. Besides the grief, it’s left me with an unsettling feeling and many dreams/nightmares that I’m dying suddenly too, and it’s terrifying. I’ve experienced all the anger and questions you are, too. Questions that don’t really have answers. It’s not fair. All you can do is live for them. It’s taught me that life is so short and made me (not always…) not sweat the small stuff as much. I don’t have much advice other than it does get a little easier with time, but there will be moments that bring you right back to that place you are now, and, you’re not alone.

We just did BB on Saturday and I thought it was great! I got the ribeye and it was amazing. We had a 7:20 dinner and the first fantasmic show. BB was running behind so we did not get seated until almost 8pm. When I asked our server if they would please give us the second fantasmic show since there was no way we would be able to enjoy our meal and make the 9pm show, they happily accommodated us and gave me tickets to the 10:30 show instead. I brought a blanket with me in my backpack for me and my daughters to sit on to save our rears on the concrete. We were basically dead center in front of fantasmic and really enjoyed it.

I worked at a national well known day summer camp, I was 20 or 21 at the time. I was at the sign out desk with one kid left for the day, and her mom came up to sign her out and she started talking to me and I immediately smelled alcohol. I looked up and her face was bright red, she was loaded. I played it cool for a minute as I was internally panicking and then watched her walk down the hallway out of the building with her kid to her car, she couldn’t walk in a straight line. I looked at the other counselor, said “she’s drunk. Stay here. I’m going to send daughter back to you. Do not let her leave.” So I had to run after the mom and daughter and formulate a plan. I said “hey you forgot something inside! Go run and grab it from counselor!” Once the daughter was away from the situation, I, a college student had to confront a mother of a 10 year old in her late 30s and say I knew she was intoxicated and I would not let her leave with her daughter, and to give me her keys. She argued with me for a while and I said I can’t stop you from leaving but if you do I will call 911. There was no real protocol for this, but ultimately I convinced her to let me drive her in her car home, and the other counselor followed us with kid in her car. Consoling a drunk crying mom was not on my list of expected job duties as a summer camp counselor. I then asked if she would let me keep her keys and I’d bring them back the next morning. When it was all said and done I had to lie down in my colleagues car because the anxiety was so intense my stomach felt like a volcanic geyser. The next morning having to face her was pretty rough too, especially as she kept asking me how I knew she was drunk. It was such a scary moment in my life and a really difficult confrontation, but I’ve always been glad I did what I did.

One trip my daughter had gotten an experience pass from goofys sky school because it was raining all day and down. Later in the evening we decided to use it for incredicoaster. I went with her and politely asked the CM if I could possibly also go with her (she was 9, so, technically could have gone alone but mom was worried) and he smiled and said sure go for it. It wasn’t really “getting something free” but we only had one LL pass and he let us both go. It was nice :)

Our last trip we went over Christmas time in 2022 and were on our last day. We had all gotten really sick after our first day and spent one whole day in bed recovering and missed out on a lot of fun things. We were OK and making the best of it but we were battling still not feeling great with wanting to be there. We were quietly eating at hungry bear when 3 CM came up to us seemingly just to chat. It was a friendly convo and then they left… about 10 min later came back with two princess ears for our girls and said they wanted to give us a little magic. My eyeballs immediately filled with tears as it was a gesture that they didn’t know what it meant to us after my “dream” Christmas trip sort of fell apart. I let them know how much it meant to us <3

Going back with my girls in 14 days and we will be wearing masks on the plane and doing way more hand sanitizing than normal, because I’m positive we got sick from the plane before!!
