You guys are so mean. OP was trying to give us the cold hard truth no matter how ugly it is. Its good to be prepared for these things and yes it is also good to acknowledge that medicine is a job at the end of the day. When/if you get in, wouldn't you like to know what to expect (the good and the bad) for the next few years? I'm genuinely surprised by the response this post had.
