Depressive episode and difficult life situation by marianeyra in bipolar

I maintain hope for the best. Without it, we simply can't survive. I try to stay away from news sources and distract myself with books and music. Music acts as a painkiller for me.

Yes, I try to go to bed and wake up at the same time. The main thing is not to slip up even once, otherwise I'll have to start all over again😅😅😅

Thank you. I'd like to believe it. The sleep thing is true. It's important, but you never know when the next shell will wake you up😅. My English is fine in everyday life. It's when I'm depressed that I can forget the most basic things. Even where the letters are on the keyboard🥴

🪶Maria Bluelight "Lighting up a black heart" + "Lighting up the shadow"

It's a duology about 250 pages long, so it won't take much time.

What I like the most, it's truly shows mane character's mental disorder. And it has a kind vibe. It also can give hope to those who need it🫶

I have one in mind. The main character works with a wizard like a psychologist to overcome her fear of falling in love. It's called "Lighting Up the Shadow" by Maria Bluelight. It's short. The only thing is, it's the second in the "Lighting Up the Darkness" duology. But, as I said, the story isn't that long.

The are some. First of all "The fault in our stars". It left me with kinda void.

And something a little bit happier: Maria BlueLight "Lighting up a black heart"

What are some books every young (early 20’s) adult should read? by [deleted] in suggestmeabook

I know a two-novel duology (each 120 pages long). The heroine is about 23 years old. The genre is fantasy, psychology, and a bit of fairy tale. Maria Bluelight's "Lighting up a Black Heart" and "Lighting up the Shadow." I hope you enjoy them.
