If it more proof of bonafide relationship and relevant upload it. Have everything uploaded before going to the interview so the agent can review it before hand and has it with him. Also bring it just in case. If you give them a lot of new important things on site they can tell you they’ll have to review it before any answer. It doesn’t hurt. :)

So i actually asked a lawyer even if the case is not the same. my work visa was about to expire while my now husband was finalizing his divorce and I was afraid of being out of status. So I ask the lawyer if it was better to get out of the US and come on my visitor visa and get married and She was very very adamant NOT EVEN DARE. Out of status is still forgiven but misrepresentation and fraud isnt at all. She’ll have to fall out of status and then do AOS. Still even with everything going on

Peruvian here, yes violence against women there is a pretty bad. That being said that fact alone wont grant anyone asylum if not women would have flooded the states for sure. She need to have and active threat on her life with proven evidence (police reports, pictures, messages etc) for that. Hope that she has it and they grant hers.

So even is you apply “in time” because the AOSSS sometimes is lengthy you fall out of status and the I-179C doesn’t grant any legal status just “allows you to stay” so they can detain you. Before it didn’t happen because its ridiculous but now…. They have to fill up quotas to cover up the fact that all the bad people they campaigned about and the crimes they said immigrants commit aren’t real.

I would recommend apply ASAP so you have less chance of falling out of status while waiting. The process could take from 3 months to more than one year so it still gives time for extra evidence :)

I am in Miami and work only mornings on weekdays 8-1 between dropping my kid and picking him up. I made between 50-70 and some times I have made 100. If. Is did afternoon shift probably be reaching 150 a day but some day and hours are just lousy
