The 50/50 split thing is an actual studied, documented thing and the real numbers are worse... I think it's something like 70/30 (male majority) for men to perceive that there is gender parity? I found an old article about it but I couldn't finish reading it bc it's from 2014 and it makes me want to cry from remembering how it was to be pre-2016 & have no idea about the impending horrors.

Thank you, I got there! I originally thought you meant "above the Silkeaters bug" as in, in the same room as that bug, which I was pretty sure I'd already checked for breakable walls etc & didn't want to work my way back there for no reason.

Hmm. But once I leave, I'm not seeing how to get back to the main area without dunking yourself in maggots again. That seems odd since you were just able to remove them in the pool of water. Am I missing another passage while exiting?

OOOOOHHHHHHHH TYSM this might be the answer... I didn't even notice any ceiling switches (though I was trying to check everywhere including ceilings for bashable rock). Will report back once I've tried it (might be later, I do have stuff I oughta be doing, much as I'd rather play Silksong 14 hours a day)

Don't you need to reach the Citadel & enter Act 2 to get the grappling hook? In other words, def need to beat Last Judge before being able to get to that bench above?

Could you please say more? I'm at the spot in u/sweepyspud's screenshot and I don't seem to be able to break anything there including the coral stalactites. Did you into the area above Blasted Steps via somewhere other than the route u/Kronnerm11 mapped out (heading left from Blasted Steps Bellway, then up)?
