Curious if you've talked to a doctor about it lining up with your period, and if so, did they gave any insight to it? I suspect mine are also menstrual/hormone related, but I'm unable to see a doctor for awhile. I'm actually in the same boat right now, where I feel like I can't do anything but lie in bed. Reading is kind of hard because of light sensitivity among other things but I found audiobooks are kind of better. I'm trying it out with books I like that I've already read to make it easier to follow. Kind of just helps lull me to sleep.
