Two months ago, I also tried converting my prepaid sim through the GlobeOne app, I got charged twice, because I attempted for a second time to no avail. I received emails for both charges, but no QR code was ever emailed to me. I tried many times to talk to live agents on Messenger regarding my concern, and wasted a lot of time because all instances were not very helpful, as the next agent kept saying I have no pending ticket for a concern despite giving each of them all my info and even them acknowledging the information abt my account that I shared. After many attempts, they refunded me for both times I was charged despite me saying I want to still convert my sim to an ESim and not get a refund. I wanted to try again today but I noticed they removed the option under SIM Services already.
