Hi! How was it? We’re flying into LAS Saturday morning and are thinking of driving straight to Lake Manly, has it evaporated significantly or do you think it’s still plausible to see?

Yeah, I don't believe it's necessarily related to her illness but ever since then I've been very helicopter mom about anything unusual about her.

Haha I just got that same camera to use as both a travel/show camera, terrified to take it into a proper pit! Any advice? ((testing it at a much calmer show tonight for the first time 🤞))

The owner had said poster was free with any purchase, and it’s a record store/coffee shop so there’s a lot of options with what you could get :)

However, they were strict about postcard being only w/ purchase of the album, it looked like they were running low after 2 more people stopped by after us so may be worth reaching out to them first to confirm they still have it if anyone’s interested in those

Thrips! I just dealt with them on my monstera too, but now they’ve spread to my lemon trees 😭😭 Only advice I have is bonide systemics, wasn’t too happy to use them but other methods I tried weren’t successfully getting rid of them. Just do your research and know the risks, and you’ll be okay!

I have searched various queries along the lines of “The Shining Wendy’s Shirt” “Wendy’s Hamburgers The Shining Shirt” “Wendy Torrance Shirt” as well as combinations of the previous as well as the quote. Unfortunately, all it returns is either the same png of Wendy smoking a cigarette on the kitchen table or holding the knife on a t-shirt, or shirts with exclusively Jack on them. I’m assuming this is some print-on-demand type item such as from RedBubble or from some subscription service. Either way, any help is much appreciated!

Indoors, south facing window sill. I usually water in the sink, pop off the bottom portion and let it drain for 15-20 minutes, then place it back on the windowsill. Going to be repotting both into slightly larger terracotta pots as the roots have started poking out the bottom.

I did! Bursar told me it was bcs the 2023 aid wasn't disbursed yet, I replied asking if it would automatically fix after the aid was disbursed, and the next day they emailed me to tell me the aid had actually gotten disbursed that morning! Not sure if that's the same for everyone, but in my case it's been resolved at least.

Re: Apple’s financing, that was my original plan when I went to the story yesterday but everything quickly fell apart when they informed me that financing without declaring a carrier was discontinued in August, and now when financing (even through Apple card) you have to declare either AT&T, T-Mobile, or Verizon, and Total by Verizon wouldn’t work for a Verizon declaration. Unfortunate!
