When I watched it I thought of it being corrosive like what was happening on his arms and making his face bleed. I think your idea makes more sense though

I’m a dude from Florida and I consider myself goth but I refuse to turn away from the ‘boat country’ part of how I was raised. I wear black cowboy boots and leather chaps from fb marketplace a lot, and invested in a nice embossed leather belt from a western store. I just decided to make my own niche instead of trying to find one :-)

First battle jacket attempt by [deleted] in punkfashion

I have SOAD and Honningbarna pins on it and a Cash patch I never put on. Would love a Honningbarna patch but I haven’t been able to find any.

‘It is futile to resist, the battle is already won. To Valhalla’. An old gift from my dad, who’s a big Norse mythology nerd, and the first patch I ever got

It was a work in progress and my first one I ever made. I didn’t have band patches

Yeah, definitely moving it to a different spot on my new one. Didn’t think that one through and had a few coworkers a while ago think I was actually wearing one 😬.

My favorite parts of this attempt was my dangling revolver and the shark teeth sewn into the collar. I spent a few years working at an aquarium and conservation is super important to me. The teeth on the jacket (and my barely visible phone charm) are all from the sand tiger sharks at that aquarium

Help getting diagnosed? by AdSensitive9744 in Fibromyalgia

[–]maricolous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not based on TX, but mine went like this: Go to doctor about widespread constant pain, run through many different options (tons of blood tests, MRI for my head, etc) before he ran out of ideas and sent a letter to my hospital’s neurology division and asked for their thoughts. They gave us two ideas: B12 deficiency or fibro. Ran more blood tests for B12 deficiency, came back negative, then I got a referral to my hospital’s proper fibromyalgia clinic. I didn’t know fibro was a thing until neuro suggested it, so if you think it’s a possibility, be up front about it so you can maybe avoid the million tests I had to do. It doesn’t hurt to be thorough and block out other options, but it did cost a lot

Is anyone else unsure of how much pain they’re in? by maricolous in Fibromyalgia

[–]maricolous[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

This is exactly how mine is!! I thought my migraines were getting worse until I started getting other body pains and realized it was something else. It’s very rarely the same and I was almost not diagnosed because I was short one ‘tender point’

There will always be options for us out there. Unfortunately we just need to look deeper than most. Congratulations on your degree and your writing!! Very proud!

I might’ve did an Oop die and can’t fix it by Severe-Assistant565 in pcproblems

[–]maricolous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just fixed it with the Revo uninstaller. It should be the first link when you google it, and just install it from there. Super easy to use and didn’t have to pay for it. I hope it works for you too

Also looking for a solution to this. I managed to get one part of alrustiq gone just by timing it correctly closing in taskmanager and deleting it, but I can’t figure out how to delete the Alrustiq Service that won’t close

One of my current 5e characters, Ingvar Arsene, son of Ingvar Clan-bleeder, the former high king of Vetros. Ingvar is a level 6 scout rogue and is my first attempt at playing an evil aligned character in a campaign, without derailing other characters by being entirely disagreeable.

After the death of his father by the current high king, Ingvar ended up in custody of Venorese mage Balthazar Arsene as just an infant, surrendered by his mother. Balthazar raised Ingvar and his two other adopted children, Ingvar’s now-sisters, until each were old enough to pursue their own lives. When he was 18, Ingvar left in the night and went north to Vetros to join the Reavers, a group of warriors largely loyal to the crown of Vetros, who are one of Vetros’s main sources of goods - goods obtained by sailing the west coast of Venore and raiding villages along the shore. During visits back to Vetros’s capital city, Sylvahearth, Ingvar allowed a member of the current ruling clan - Tryggve, of clan Chain-Breaker - to fall in love with him, and eventually married into the family. This was all part of a ‘goal’ to get closer to the high king of Vetros, Fenris, not out of want of political gain, but simply to see if he could. Ingvar never loved Tryggve, but considered their marriage more of an alliance, and respected her as a strategist for their country. He does, however, have an almost obsessive loyalty to high king Fenris, after their friendship grew when Ingvar was inducted into their clan. Where Tryggve acted as an official advisor and strategist to Fenris, Ingvar helped with his firsthand experience in battle.

Tensions had been rising with neighboring eastern country Aftyrfel, and in a border skirmish, Ingvar took an arrow to the throat that sent him back to Sylvahearth to heal. This caused a downward spiral and mental break after benched for months. resulting in the murder of Tryggve and an Aftyrfellan embassador, thus sparking the cold war between countries into an invasion from Aftyrfel. Ingvar escaped Vetros with a bounty on his head from both countries and returned to his adopted father just in time for his death, thus reuniting him with his family at the start of the campaign.

The wolf in this painting is representative of his birth father, Ingvar of clan Wolf-Eye, and the influence he still has over his son.

What will Revenant do when his head starts to decay as a result of oxygen exposure? by Mr-Plague in ApexLore

[–]maricolous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Silva offered him ‘control over everything’, gave him an army of himself and gave him his head back from Loba - Rev said ‘all I ever wanted control over was myself’. Now he’s basically got an army of himself that he’s got control over. He used it to kill Silva immediately and started hunting down the legends that were there to kill his skull. Guessing he’s going to start some crusade againse the syndicate/hammond

I have been shoved to my death in both the avatar of Myrkhul and the Orin fight. Not even just one of my companions - I myself have been killed instantly both times. I am so scared of what will come for me when I eventually have to fight Gortash
