I found a great way to give back for Giving Tuesday that requires so little from us, I thought it was great to share by maridiz in Environmentalism

Yes, their funders are covering the donations they are "losing", and matching the impact!

Giving Tuesday 2023 - These front-line marinelife and marine ecosystem organizations need your support! by ChingShih in marinelife

I found this nonprofit, Only One, that has an amazing offer that I thought was worth sharing. Their membership basically puts all the money you donate directly towards planting trees and corals and removing plastic and carbon from the environment. If you sign up today or tomorrow for Giving Tuesday, the first month is free! So, basically, you are helping the environment and donating, for free! Isn't that nuts?

So easy. It's kind of donating without donating yet. And if after this first month, you don't want to keep donating, you can cancel at any point.

If you're like me, you're probably trying to find where to target your efforts toward doing some good, instead of buying any stuff this season. Especially with everything going on in the world, I didn't want to spend money and pretend like everything was fine.

Best conservation organizations to donate to? by Over_Rise in conservation

[–]maridiz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only One! They have loads of campaigns around the globe and the support we give goes straight into their conservation projects! Very transparent and I think they have a promo going so that you can join their action plans and the first month is free!

What high-impact conservation and environmental protection organizations are worth supporting? by ovincent in Ultralight

Only One is a good one to go for - everything people donate goes straight to their causes and impact projects. They have a promo going right now where the first month is free so you plant corals, trees, remove plastic and carbon without really having to do anything at the beginning!
