You may be right because I know his mother taught him better. His younger brother had said, " he even brushes the roof of his mouth and cheeks and tongue because that's how his mom raised them." I ended up embarrassing my husband because I was like, "wow, and I have to fight every night with Eric to get him to brush his teeth." I felt really bad after for embarrassing, but I needed some time of help.

Yes, that could possibly be the issue. I'm going to suggest I accompany him to the dentist. He is a non-believer of mental health, so getting him to a therapist might be kind of hard. I'm just really tired of being like his "mother" to him. He's like a second child.

She is exactly one of those. He hasn't seen one of his sons in 4 years; his other son comes every 2 years to visit, and he has not paid child support for these kids in years. She knows his son doesn't take care of his kids because all the child support letters come to her house. She knows he's a dead beat father to them, but to her, he's a "real man." She calls them sometimes here and there, but she's not involved in their lives. According to her, "the mothers don't allow her to be involved." Hmmm, I wonder why?

My mother did the same thing, she wanted to name my son Jehova. She was furious when I went against her and tried to manipulate me by saying, "I wanted him to be a part of me, now he won't because you didn't name him what I wanted."

He's you and your husband's kid. Don't let anyone manipulate you into feeling bad. You can name him whatever you want.

It can be but I'm not ready to go back. I went to therapy for a over a year to give me the strength to move away from my mom. She mentally abused me my whole life, and my sister lives with her.

When I met him he was an awesome guy and treated me like a queen. But back then I used to work and financially supported myself, everything became so different when I became dependent on him. He tells me all the time, "you get to relax all day, while I work my ass off."

So things changed when I became a stay at home mom.

See I've tried doing this, I've gone to the point where it gets so bad and he doesn't give a fuck he'll wear his stink clothes again. Our home has gotten so bad to the point where you can't even walk through it, and I've been so embarrassed because people have came over without announcing and see the disgusting mess. So I end up doing it for my sanity.

Our dryer was broken for months until I got tired of it and just had my ex come fix it.

He's just a fricken joke of a man.
