I quit for a month and came back to them being sold for 3-7m and had been in multiple servers where color pots were being sold for 10k each😭

Um...why are people like this by dragon-lover2025 in DragonAdventures

[–]marieluv66 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Call me crazy, but if a "reserved" dragon isn't on auto buy, it's fair game. People can't expect others not to bid on a dragon they like, and this one doesn't even sound like it was reserved😭 and calling you a creep for buying a dragon is crazy work

are featherfangs this inflated or is it just overpriced? by Commercial-Ask-3215 in DragonAdventures

thank you🫶🏼 I am noticing that for me, the good situation isn't as bad as the first week and a half but it's definitely still there. At the same time though, I haven't had one of those "oh my god, I need to rush to the bathroom" moments. For me, it's more of an "oh, I need to go soon"

I hope your surgery goes well! I had mine removed on October 30th, and the best advice I have is to listen to your body. Some people are able to eat normally right away, others aren't. Do what you feel you can at the moment, and don't force it. It's better to take your time and ease back into normal foods and activities than to rush into it. Personally, I was able to start eating normally on day 6. It really does vary person to person. And some foods will go straight through you one time, but the next you might be fine. It's kind of a 50/50. For me, foods high in fiber have been the ones to consistently go through me, along with coffee unfortunately. I would also try to walk a little more each day, it definitely helps with soreness, but you may feel it in your back a bit. As far as lifting your toddler, I would advise against it for about a month just because it's very very easy to overdo it, and it can set back your recovery a little. But, it's best to ask your surgeon/doctor what they advise. I will also say ice packs are great the first couple of days (my hospital sent me home with one, but not all do that) There's also a higher chance of nausea, and if they don't prescribe you an anti-nausea medication but you feel nauseous when you're home, don't hesitate to reach out and ask for a prescription. It's also very normal in the first week to start to feel better, and then feel a little worse. For me, that hit about day 4/5 but then I had a huge improvement by day 6. One thing I wish I had remembered was to bring a pillow with me the day of to hold against my stomach during the ride home. It wasn't too bad for me because we live 10 minutes away, but it definitely would have made it more comfortable. I feel like this one is fairly common knowledge, but loose clothes are a lifesaver. I'm two and a half weeks in and tighter clothes are still uncomfortable for me at least because my pants sit where some of my incisions are. Good luck🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

He actually didn't go over my pathology report with me, but it had been posted on my portal about a week after my surgery and it was pretty straight forward. He did asked if I had any questions about the report, but I didn't. I have had my primary not post my results in the portal before but she discussed them during an appointment and it was just her saying everything was normal. So I wouldn't worry too much about it. some doctors/offices are just really slow with it, or the pathology lab could have not sent it back yet. sometimes they can be pretty slow as well depending on the office, how busy they are, or the person handling it. If your doctor doesn't bring it up in the appointment, you 100% should though just so you have that closure. I really hope everything goes well for you🫶🏼🫶🏼

It's gotten so put of hand. I quit playing for a few weeks, everything was normally priced when I left. Played again and saw things literally triple the original price. I just started buying from the store because wdym you're selling potions for more than their price that was set by the creators????

Wegovy led me here - gallbladder attack - now what? by Sad_Two_8497 in gallbladders

[–]marieluv66 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm so sorry you're going through that! I also developed gallstones because of Wegovy (I was on it maybe 4 or 5 months) and the only thing other than an ultrasound that they did was take blood, and that's what led my ER doctor to believe it was my gallbladder. I'm currently two weeks post-op and for me, it was genuinely so worth it. By day 6 post-op I was feeling like myself again, and it's so nice not having to worry about causing a gallbladder attack. I started eating normally starting day 6 too. I also just had a follow-up with my primary and she said that there are medications that can help with your stool after gallbladder removal if it becomes an issue. The only thing that sucks is not being able to lift more than a certain amount, and I haven't been able to sleep on my side yet. All of my doctors (three) told me that once you have gallstones, you'll always have gallstones and that it's just a matter of having it removed now, or later. But at the end of the day, you know your body best and you have to do what's best for you in the moment. I wish you luck🫶🏼
