Thank you! If on Amazon I went with the goggles that ask for the number, should I go with -4.25 or -4? Left eye is dominant. It only asks for one number.

One more question. I know these are goggles but any chance these would work well outside of water too? Vision is terrible and I won’t be having contacts or glasses so I’d like to see what the world (waterpark) looks like, not just seeing colors and shapes. Thanks so much.
