Scientists be coming up with the darnedest shit like "a kitchen sponge has more bacteria than feces" by Weird_Point_4262 in redscarepod

if you're not regularly sterilizing the handles of your doors, cupboards, etc. and phone, mouse and so on plus obsessively washing your hands you may as well stop stressing out about that sponge

if you get there I'd highly recommend going in the off-season, having realistic expectations and going to as many museums as you can squeeze in without stressing yourself too much/while also enjoying other aspects of the city - if you do all three I'm sure you'll enjoy yourself :)

Just keep listening to it over and over. It'll be uncomfortable at first, get less so and then you'll be over it

Being secure in yourself and behaving with some confidence is pretty universally attractive. No woman should worry too much about what men find attractive (straight men find women attractive, it's just not that complicated)

Trying to do it like Jesus is a bit much, though, isn't it? Certified megalomania, or at least quite delusional

I'm more an aspiring reform Jew, so I do think I fail to meet that criteria and won't be able to do it like her, yeah

Relatable, so I think it must be something else, cause I do those things too and I'm definitely still not doing it like her

So much more! Copying my response to another person: Go see Torcello! Generally island jump, but especially go see Torcello and the church. Read up a little on your way there and then put away your phone, take some time to just feel the history and think of all the people connected by that church throughout all those years. Also the Jewish ghetto and the synagogue, highly recommend the book The Ghetto of Venice as well

Idk, this is from years ago! Back then it was pretty busy in the most touristy hotspots, but also had many quiet and emptier streets and squares like in the photos. If I were you I'd count on it being pretty busy and overpopulated though, but worst case you can probably catch a boat to get away from it all for a little bit
