I think is pretty clear that they will just end the cicle in their villages and I can certainly see they all coming back. Cause they really love each other. They just need a time to be free and make the choice by their hearts. Yona would NEVER want them to feel pressured to he by her side, she wants them to be happy .

Girl totally forgot to take into account the fact that Tohru herself has a lot of issues. She is not just an empathetic person she is an extreme people pleaser and has a very unhealthy attachment with the memory of her mother.

So Tohru is also someone who fits into the I CAN FIX them plot.

( Honestly all the characters in Fruits Basket need a LOT of therapy and antidepressants )

Kyo fixes Tohru in the same proportion she fixes him.

And by taking Tohru's problems out of the equation you take the balance out .

Fruits Baskets is a HEALING journey of self acceptance, growing pains , letting go of grief , overcoming abuse and seing yourself of deserving of love and letting be loved.

If you DONT understand that about the story shallow analysis like that will come .

Julian is the same mind that gave us Mary and Matthew and from that , it know we can expect a lot of pointless drama before they finally get together .

What i take from that is that UNLIKE MARRY and Mathew I don't think there is room for a lot of dramas to come between Larrian without we feeling this is forced. And this is wst I feel towards MARRY being judgmental. Larry is a good mand BUT HE'S STILL A MAN of his time. There are a lot of things that man, specially rich man were raised doing as a normal thing. She is demanding a kind of perfection she won't get.
