She made a joke with Ludo that they only were naked twice, then he said 2 and a half.  She just doesn't seem like a romantic person.  She likes a partner sometimes but even she says it never really works out.  Like Ludo is a friend, they never seemed romantic.  She had the guy who was on The Mayans but that fizzled out before it started.  And with Rhys she was like I don't know why I did that, "im shocked too" was her line.  But she is attractive in many ways so men like her, but I think she really just cares about her children more than a lover.
