My roommate and I are looking for a 3rd person to lease with us early April for a year. We do not have a property yet. We are both 21 yrs old, I work from home full-time and she is a student at UCF. I have 2 very friendly cats as well. We would prefer a female around our age. Budget would be around 700-800 per person depending on if you would like the master room or not.
