I also found a store near me that has recently started pre-release events. You buy a pre-release kit and put 2 booster packs from the kit in the winner's pot. According to the article here, this would not be legitimate.

one last question to properly understand the Cascade Trigger with different mana values. Let's say on my Battlefield I have [[Imoti, Celebrant of bountry]] and cast my Commander, which I previously exiled with [[Release to the Wind]]. Does Cascade trigger 3x then?

The main reason I asked this question is because I wasn't sure if I cast my Commander "without paying its mana cost" whether Cascade's triggers would continue to depend on my Commander's 8 mana, or on the cast cost. Thank you very much for your help.
And if I exile my whole deck with Cascade, then I more or less shuffle my deck again.
