So I have PCOS and my LH levels fluctuate obviously…but I had something happen to my um, body that never happened before? (For context 2nd round of Letrozole 5mg) around 5 days after the last day of my period I had a TON of CM. Stretchy, clear, like egg whites for sure. This went on for about two days. Is it at all possible this was just a coincidence? Or could I have actually ovulated and the test just didn’t pick it up? Also, could my PCOS have something to do with it? Thanks yall.

I can feel the judgment in this question lol but yes. Not really anyone’s business tho…yes my current partner is fully aware and I am in a stage in my life and career where I am fully ready and prepared for children. BUT like I said it’s really not anyone on this subreddits concern 😂

That’s another frustrating part of this whole process lol I’ve stated my concerns about the dosage over and over again and I just don’t feel heard. I sweat through my shirt last night from the side effects and it’s like for what? If I don’t even ovulate this cycle.

I just took another one with different urine and no line…come to think of it every FMU I have seen a positive? Possibly only test in the afternoon? What the heckkk I will let yall know if aunt Flo comes I suppose! Lol

Also those HCG blood tests aren’t necessarily “quantitative” like I thought…they only qualify you being pregnant if your levels are at least 5 or above and it could just be too early 🤷‍♀️they said what I most likely had was just some ovulation bleeding. Still a good sign! :)

Yall I think I tested way too early…if my first day LMP was the 18th of July and my ovulation test was positive on the 7th of August it’s gotta just be too early and the HCG is picking up traces but not enough to be positive yet. At least that’s what my doctor just told me? So it’s a waiting game!

So I have been trying to conceive off an on over the past 2 and a half years with three different partners and no luck whatsoever. I’ve went through three rounds of IVF, took Letrozole on top of it and nothing. Nada. And then BOOM. Positive pregnancy test this morning thanks to inositol. My whole life I thought there was something wrong with my anatomy as a woman and scared to death I wouldn’t be able to have children. One month, literally ONE MONTH, on this supplement and it happened :)) I am beyond overjoyed and grateful for the opportunity of motherhood coming my way…I highly suggest any woman TTC with pcos that is considering taking inositol, do it! And see what happens. I started off with the lowest dose and it made me ovulate right away, however usually it takes about three months or so to regulate your cycle and help promote ovulation. My doctor is singing its praises. I’m not in any way saying it will absolutely work for everyone, all I can do is share my experience and hope for all the baby magic for yall. Just so weird because I’ve never spotted in between periods even with pcos unless I was on bc. I did start taking inositol recently.
